Camellia Sinensis (green tea), Chasteberry (Vitex agnus castus), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Nettle (Urtica dioica),  Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Spearmint (Mentha Spicata), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Cinnamomum Cassia Bark, goji berry (Lycium Barbarum), Alfalfa, (Medicago sativa), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Ginger (zingiber officinale), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

Direction

Use 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per cup and allow it to brew for at least 10 - 15 minutes.  If you choose to brew the tea for a shorter brewing time you can brew the herbs a second time.
